Yes, we charge a small additional fee for windows that require roof access, ladders, or special safety equipment. This helps cover the extra time and care needed to complete the job safely.
What’s included in a standard window cleaning?
Our standard service includes interior and exterior glass cleaning, sill and frame wiping, and removal of dust, grime, fingerprints, and smudges.
Do you clean window screens and tracks?
Yes! We offer screen and track cleaning as optional add-on services. These are especially helpful before or after seasonal pollen and dust buildup.
Can you remove hard water stains from windows?
Absolutely. We provide hard water stain removal as an add-on service. This is ideal for homes with sprinkler overspray or mineral-heavy well water.
What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
We offer a 7-day Rain Touch-Up Guarantee. If your freshly cleaned windows get spotted or streaked by rain within a week, we’ll come back and touch them up — no full re-clean necessary.
Do you offer weekend or after-hours appointments?
Yes! We offer limited Saturday availability and can work around your schedule when possible. Just ask during booking.
How far in advance should I schedule window cleaning?
We recommend scheduling 1–2 weeks ahead for best availability. However, we may have openings sooner — reach out to check!
What is the Peak Clarity Plan?
The Peak Clarity Plan is our popular twice-a-year window cleaning subscription. It includes two cleanings per year, 15% savings, and simple monthly payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Please note: The Peak Clarity Plan divides your total cleaning cost into 12 equal, interest-free monthly payments. A minimum of six payments must be completed before cancellation is permitted.
